Quan điểm của chị thế nào?</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Bây giờ tôi hết xúc động vì câu chuyện này. Nhưng có chút ngạc nhiên vì sự dai dẳng của “người đàn bà viết văn” muốn làm kẻ “đốt đền” để được nổi tiếng. Nếu bà ta dù chỉ có chút ít tài năng về nghề viết thì có lẽ bà ta không lựa chọn cách ứng xử này. Bất cứ ai cầm bút viết những dòng chữ từ trái tim và lương tâm đều có tự trọng và liêm sỉ. Còn khi không có điều đó hoặc đánh mất thì chắc chắn họ sẽ không bao giờ viết được bất cứ cái gì gọi là văn chương hoặc những gì tương tự…<br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Có người viết từng chồng, từng chồng sách nhưng chưa bao giờ những tác phẩm đó gọi là văn chương, cũng như chưa bao giờ và không bao giờ trở thành nhà văn. Nhưng có nhà văn, nhà thơ lập danh chỉ qua một truyện ngắn, tiểu thuyết hay một bài thơ… Chuyện đó chắc khỏi cần nói nhiều.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><a name='more'></a><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>Sự thực đằng sau câu chuyện câu chuyện này là gì, thưa chị?</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Câu chuyện này tôi đã cố quên đi, coi như “tai nạn nghề nghiệp” và “tai nạn của lòng trắc ẩn” nhưng có lẽ người mà tôi cưu mang là bà Vệ không muốn như vậy. Bây giờ tôi chính thức lên tiếng về việc này sau mấy năm bà ta gây rắc rối cho tôi và đồng nghiệp, nhất là khi bà ta muốn “kiện VTV đến cùng”.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Tôi đã từng đưa bà ta về nhà mình ở 2 tháng trời để dạy bà ta viết kịch bản (một việc ngay khi đó tôi biết là tuyệt vọng nhưng vẫn cứ làm vì muốn giúp bà ta trong một hoàn cảnh ngặt nghèo theo lời bà ta kể - giờ thì tôi không tin điều đó nữa). Tôi nghĩ cứ để bà ta viết ra những gì bà ta biết để lấy vốn sống, còn sau đó sẽ phải viết lại (đương nhiên là thế). Và sự thật là thế.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Đạo diễn Hoàng Nhung (khi đó là cộng tác viên của VFC) đã giúp bà ta viết lại kịch bản và trực tiếp làm đạo diễn phim này. Về việc sai tên thì Hoàng Nhung sau đó có trình bày, một lần đến VFC, bà Vệ đi ăn trưa với Nhung và tâm sự muốn có một tên khác cho đỡ “nhà quê” (lời bà ta). Từ Đậu Nữ Vệ đổi thành Bùi Vệ Nữ và hỏi ý kiến Nhung. Việc người viết lấy bút danh là chuyện bình thường nên Nhung không chú ý lắm. Khi phim phát sóng được vài tập, bà Vệ gọi điện nói phim đề sai tên (theo lời bà Vệ vì do bà con hàng xóm không tin bà ta viết kịch bản) nên muốn chỉnh sửa lại tên. Tôi có trình bày là phim đang phát sóng mất rồi nên không lấy được băng ra nữa. Sau đó đạo diễn Khải Hưng (khi ấy là giám đốc VFC) có kí công văn xin lỗi bà Vệ và gửi cả Hội văn học nghệ thuật Quảng Bình (nơi bà ta là hội viên lúc chưa bị khai trừ). Mọi việc lại trôi qua…<br /><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Sau đó, bà Vệ còn muốn gửi tôi thêm kịch bản và tôi giao hẹn: nếu kịch bản chị viết dùng được thì em mới dùng, còn không thể giúp chị viết lại như phim vừa rồi. Bà Vệ muốn gửi cho anh Khải Hưng thì cũng được trả lời như vậy. Có thể sự tuyệt vọng vì không thể có kịch bản được dùng mà bà Vệ “nổi khùng” lên như vậy chăng?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Đến giờ tôi vẫn băn khoăn tự hỏi mình về việc này? Từ đâu nên nỗi là ân nhân bỗng trở thành đối thủ của sự kiện cáo vô lối này? Nếu thực sự bà ta có năng lực (như VNN đã viết) thì các hãng phim vẫn đang sẵn lòng mở cửa với tác phẩm của bà ta đấy thôi? VFC chưa bao giờ từ chối một kịch bản hay và tác giả viết tốt…</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>Chị đánh giá thế nào về cách tác nghiệp của phóng viên? Theo luật báo chí, khi đăng tải 1 thông tin có tính chất tố cáo thì phóng viên phải làm gì?</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">VietNamNet có quyền khen ngợi bà Vệ như một tấm gương “vượt khó”, một tài năng văn chương vì có nhiều “câu chuyện thấm nước mắt tác giả qua những câu chữ khiến bao độc giả xúc động”. Đó là đánh giá của cá nhân người viết (chưa chắc là của VietNamNet). Không ai bắt người khác theo “khẩu vị” của mình về đánh giá một tác phẩm nghệ thuật. Nhưng để làm thành cái tít “Người đàn bà ở chân đèo Ngang đòi kiện VTV” thì câu chuyện khác mất rồi. Không lẽ người ta dễ kiện cáo thế chăng? Không lẽ báo chí cũng dễ đánh động dư luận chuyện kiện cáo (khi chưa hiểu rõ thực hư) dễ đến thế chăng? Người viết muốn gì khi đưa ra bài báo này? Muốn tạo thêm “khoái cảm đánh VTV” cho dư luận bạn đọc chăng?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Lúc đầu bà Vệ kiện tôi – nhà văn Thùy Linh – với lãnh đạo Đài THVN. Khi ấy anh Trần Đăng Tuấn (nguyên Phó tổng Đài và phụ trách VFC) đã đề nghị tôi viết giải trình. Tôi đã viết. Đương nhiên mọi chuyện rõ ràng. Thấy không làm gì được, bà Vệ kiện lên thanh tra Bộ Văn hóa. Thanh tra bộ Văn hóa đã mời cả tôi và bà ta đến để giải quyết và có biên bản. Xong. Không đạt được mục đích, bà Vệ tiếp tục kiện VFC ra tòa án quận Ba Đình. Người đi kiện không có một bằng chứng để kịên bên bị kiện. Còn đương nhiên VFC vẫn lưu đầy đủ chứng cứ chứng minh vịêc làm đúng đắn của mình. Không biết bà ta còn định kiện đi đâu nữa? Giờ thì qua VietNamNet tôi được biết, bà ta sẽ kiện VTV…</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Tôi chưa hề gặp và nói chuyện với nhà báo Đan Hoàng để nói về việc này. Hy vọng Đan Hoàng (qua tiếp xúc và có cảm tình, nhận được sự tin cậy của bà Vệ) sẽ có những chứng cứ bà Vệ lấy đó làm căn cứ để kiện VTV như tuyên bố do bà Vệ cung cấp… Tôi sẵn lòng lắng nghe. Bằng không, tôi cũng chỉ coi sự việc vừa rồi là bà Vệ “nổ” cùng VietNamNet để bà Vệ thì lôi kéo được sự chú ý của công luận (có thể có người thương cảm như bà ta đã làm và đã đạt được ở khá nhiều nơi, nhiều người), còn VietNamNet cũng có chuyện để “câu khách”, việc mà một số nhà báo đã, đang làm hiện nay. Cả hai việc đó đã đạt được như hai phía mong muốn.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>Bà Đậu Nữ Vệ có tuyên bố trên VietNamNet rằng bà Đậu sẽ không bỏ cuộc, bà sẽ kiện VTV tới cùng! Phản ứng của chị thế nào trước thông tin này?</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Tôi không nghi ngờ lời tuyên bố đó vì bà Vệ dai dẳng theo đuổi việc này từ 5,6 năm nay. Tôi, từ xúc động đến mức muốn… tăng huyết áp, giờ bình thản nghe, đọc, trả lời như đang đọc lại vở kịch “Người đốt đền”.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Bà Vệ hãy cứ làm tất cả những gì bà ta muốn. Mọi chuyện phải nói bằng chứng cứ, chứ không thể cứ lu loa lên là “tôi kiện tới cùng” là kiện được… Chỉ nhắc bà Vệ câu nói của Đức Phật: “Ngửa mặt lên trời để nhổ nước bọt, nước bọt chẳng đến trời mà trở lại rơi vào mình. Ngược gió tung bụi, bụi trở lại lấm thân".</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>Chị có nghĩ sẽ mời luật sư vào cuộc không? Chuyện bà Đậu Nữ Vệ kiện VTV đã làm ảnh hưởng đến danh tiếng và uy tín của VTV như thế nào?</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">VFC đã mời một văn phòng luật sư đại diện cho VFC từ mấy năm nay để giải quyết việc này. Còn uy tín của con người hay một cơ quan không bỗng chốc mà tạo dựng lên được và cũng không chỉ vì một vụ việc mà tan biến. Tôi không ngại những người muốn tìm hiểu sự thật. Những người yêu sự thật và hiểu mình thì ngại gì mất uy tín vì một việc tréo ngoe này? Còn nhưng ai cố tình hiểu theo sự biết và ý muốn của họ thì không nên đặt uy tín ra trước mặt họ để đàm phán hay hy vọng. Nó giống như một đứa trẻ sơ sinh và cần phải qua lớp mầm, lớp chồi, lớp lá, rồi mới vào lớp 1, lên lớp 2, lớp 3, lớp 4. Học chưa hết mấy lớp đó thì làm sao bắt nó trả bài của lớp 5? Chắc chắn nó không thể nào làm được vì học lực quá nặng với nó.<br /><br />Mọi người phải hiểu rằng phim VN phát triển được thì những người làm nghề mới có thể sống được. Thời phim mì ăn liền, mọi người xông vào đánh ầm ầm. Phim mì ăn liền chết. Rõ ràng thị trường VN bỏ trống một thời gian, để cho phim ngoại hoành hành.
